Aim:
The aim is to provide students with advanced techniques of Molecular Biology and Systems Biology and familiarize students with methodologies for understanding and analyzing biological systems. 
Course contents:
Introduction to Complex Systems and Systems biology, Mathematical representation of Biological Systems, Topologies of Biological Networks, Types of Biological Networks, Mathematical Modeling of Biological Networks, Differential Equations for Modeling of Biological Networks, Recent topics in Systems Biology: Synthetic biology, Recent topics in Systems Biology, Revision. Introduction to synthetic biology, genetic engineering, epigenetics, Transmembrane signaling; molecules and mechanisms, Control of eukaryotic cell growth, immunology, Oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes and cancer biology.
