Biomedical Statistics
Aim:
This course introduces the students to research methodology in biomedical sciences. The course covers statistical inference and descriptive statistics and engages the students with hypothesis testing and its applications to group comparisons, linear models, association methods, design of experiences and Sample Size Calculations. The course triggers the student to think critically and scientifically in order to independently gain new knowledge in biomedical science applications
