Selected topics in biomedical informatics

Aim: 
This is an advanced course tackling hot topics in the field of bioinformatics data analysis and prepares students for the recent developments in the field. The course aims to adopt the advanced concepts of high-throughput technologies and provides the students with hands-on practical experience in handling the data generated by those technologies.
Course contents:
The contents of this course are updated and tailored to cope with the recent advancements in different fields of biomedical informatics that are of concern to Egypt and worldwide. Course contents are approved by the program council.
