Digital Image Processing

The course covers image sampling and quantization, color, point operations, segmentation,
morphological image processing, linear image filtering and correlation, image transforms,
multi-resolution image processing, image compression, noise reduction and image
restoration. Emphasis is on the general principles of image processing and practical projects.
